Bathrooms have spacious showers with hot and cold running water. Antibacterial hand soap and three complimentary rolls of toilet paper, bath and hand towels are provided.

Each apartment is equipped with a hairdryer in bathroom or bedroom.
Full kitchen
Our kitchens are equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots &pans, dinnerware, cutlery and a variety of other kitchen tools and equipment.
Safe
Safes are located in lower kitchen cabinets.
Comfortable Bedroom
Bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and bedding, night tables with night lamp, a wardrobe, ironing board and iron.
Electrical
Electrical outlets in your apartment are 110/120 V. As an added convenience to European guests, each apartment has one (1) clearly marked 220 V outlet above kitchen counter.
Security
Urban Oasis premises are fenced, closed off by a remote-controlled electrical gate and outfitted with an outdoor security camera system.
Private Balcony
Balconies are furnished with a comfortable outdoor patio settee, consisting of a two-seater bench and two armchairs with a seat cushion and throw pillows, and a coffee table.
Laundry Room
Building has a shared laundry room equipped with a stacked washer/dryer combination system that guests may use to their convenience. Please follow instructions posted on laundry room wall before use.
Shared Swimming Pool and Cabana
To add to our guest experience, Urban Oasis offers a refreshing swimming pool that may be used at guest’s own risk. Soak up the sun while lounging on our pool deck or simply relax in our stylish pool cabana.
BBQ Grill
The pool cabana offers a shared gas BBQ grill that guests are free to use at their convenience.
On-site Parking
Our covered parking area provides space for one vehicle per apartment.
Cleaning
Cleaning service is provided twice a week.
Generator
There is a power generator on sight, which kicks in automatically in case of any power outages.
